1. About the service

RRevX (rrevx.com) is an online platform where users list electric vehicles (EVs) for sale or rent. We provide the listing space and communication tools only. We are not the owner, seller or lessor of any vehicle, and we are not a party to any sale or rental agreement between users.

By using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Listing fees

• Every listing is reviewed by an admin before it goes live. Posting and review are free.
• After 21 days a listing stops showing on the site and can't take new bookings. Its details stay in your account.
• Renew from "My cars", 21 days at a time for 99 THB, paid through Stripe by credit/debit card or PromptPay. Renewing early never loses remaining days — the new period starts from the current expiry date.
• Prices are in Thai baht with no hidden fees. There are no automatic charges or subscriptions; you only pay when you choose to renew.
• RRevX never stores your card number. All payments are processed by Stripe.
• RRevX does not collect rent or vehicle payments on behalf of users; those are arranged directly between users.

3. Refund policy

• How to request: sign in → "Contact support" → open a ticket (category "Other") with the listing ID (e.g. RX-00012 or RR-00012) and payment date, or email support@rrevx.com.
• We confirm and process refunds within 3 business days, back to the original payment method (cards usually take 5–10 business days to show, depending on your bank). If the original method can't be refunded, we'll contact you for bank details and transfer the money.
• Once refunded, the 21 days added by that payment are removed.
• Requests after 3 days are reviewed case by case; duplicate charges or system errors are always refunded.

4. Listing rules

• Vehicle details, prices, photos and contact details must be accurate, and you must have the right to sell or rent the vehicle.
• No fraudulent or spam listings, illegal vehicles or inappropriate content, and no suspicious requests for deposits before a viewing.
• Admins may reject, hide or remove listings that break these rules. If a paid listing is removed for a rule violation, the refund policy above still applies on request.
• Rental bookings are agreements between renter and host; hosts confirm or decline bookings themselves.
• Always check the vehicle, documents and the other party before paying. Report anything suspicious via "Contact support" → "Report a problem / user".

5. Liability

We review listings reasonably but cannot guarantee user-provided information, vehicle condition or the outcome of deals between users, and we are not liable for losses from those deals except where caused by our gross negligence. Our total liability to any user is limited to the fees that user paid to RRevX in the previous 12 months.

6. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the latest date on this page. Fee changes never affect payments already made. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
